There is a really good supplement in super supplements that will help you increase your milk supply. is not fenugreek by itself it is http://www.amazon.com/Vitanica-LactationBlend-60-caps/dp/B00065KDXI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1326088703&sr=8-2 and it works amazingly. I barely made milk and never used pads to prevent leaks. My son is 20 months and is still nursing :) whe I pump I barely get an oz or so but with that supplement it got much better.
