I love this time of year, as our mailbox is brimming each day with Christmas cards from all our friends and family! There's just something about getting real mail that is such a fun little treat :) And we added our Christmas cards to the thousands going out in the mail this week!
I created our cards myself using some of the design elements my friend Christy - a very talented graphic designer who created my new blog design! - used for one of my Christmas cards for my photography studio last year. She had made a vertical design, so I just tweaked it and used some of the elements like the snowflakes for our family card. And I love how it turned out! The colors are perfect for the family photos we had taken in June, yet still so festive for the season.

Merry Christmas from the Westlake family!

I loved your card and even commented on the color scheme matching your photos. Very creative, Courtney and such a nice change from traditional red and green. I am a little bit upset with myself that we have yet to do a photo family card and Pax is almost 3 1/2. Maybe next year. LOL. Have a fantastic holiday season and thank you for always brightening my days with your posts and updates! Hope to talk with you soon about a play date and a coffee date for us! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Christmas card! Hope you are having a blessed Advent and will have a joyous Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThey look just great Courtney! I was so excited to get it in the mail and I love you how you continued some of the elements from last year to tie your "series" together! And of course, the best part of all is the photos!!! :-)
